Herd on the Hill is an amazing organization that visits the DC offices of your elected officials and hand-delivers your messages and cards. They consist of more than 300 members, who hand-delivered more than 12,000 letters in 2018. Their DC staff will talk with you on the phone, you can mail them items for delivery, and you can meet with them in person when you visit DC.
