Founded by Claude Taylor, veteran of three presidential campaigns, former staffer for Bill Clinton, and furiously creative citizen, Mad Dog gathers money to make billboards, mobile billboards (which are often parked directly across the street from the While House), and even an impeachment sign that is visible from space.
